I dont know about canadian categories, but in europe this would never be a four-star camping. Facilities like sports grounds etc. old, partly unusable, pool was closed for whatever reason, the opening hours of the casse croute/restaurant and depanneur are a joke. We rented a bungalow which was much too expansive and we had to pay an extra 30 something $ the night just for bedsheets and towels.
